The City of Norman Action Center provides a central point of contact for the public to report concerns, get information, and ask questions. In working closely with all City Departments, we route calls or information to the proper department(s) to ensure your inquiries are handled in an effective and timely manner. We track all requests to make certain you get the help you need and proper action is taken. We can also report that information back to the reporting party if requested. Our goal is to be a leader in customer service and to serve our citizens.
